The best, most fascinating story telling the beginnings of Wolverine. From childhood and explanations of where and how Wolverine got his power and identity. This movie puts Wolverine’s life in full perspective. Enough violence and blood, government conspiracies, yet tame enough to hold the Marvel name.

Jim Carrey has gone through a few various phases of his movies. From entirely dumb type slapstick comedies like Dumb and Dumber to movies like this. Similarly compared to Liar Liar if not a rehash of the story. Except this time, Jim Carrey has to say “Yes” to everything instead of having to tell the truth. Except the epiphany is that saying “Yes” to everything makes life better and humanistic values vs a magic wish makes this movie a bit more real. Another good moral for you movie watchers to take back home. Living life to its upmost fullest.

It’s a super hot day out today. There is going to be something going on downtown, but on my way I think I’ll stop by the new record shop Malachi Records. One of the coolest places to stop by if you’re deciding to go downtown. Not only for the locals of the neighborhood, but those coming to visit, the shop is a hop skip away from the seaport. It’s a hang out spot for all types of music with a booming jukebox of vintage tunes. One flight up with the entrance on Fulton St.. Check out their website , hope to see you there.
