Jim Marmusch is a landmark modern independent movie maker, this movie should be next on your list of indie styled films. Everyone loves to see New York films, shot in black and white, stranger than paradise takes me back to the times of my past and revisited my early days of New York City when life seemed new and developing street culture. Surprisingly Richard Edson whose face and persona recognizable in today’s films has that new indie look makes him a perfect candidate to make a grand debut within today’s generation films.
